So frustrated with my experience. I booked an oil change, 1 week in advance, and scheduled ahead of a road trip. Got multiple reminders throughout the week. Got to my appointment, and after waiting a while to check in they told me they couldn’t do my oil change because they don’t have the right stuff. I get it if there’s shipping issues and they can’t get it in time but waiting until I’m there to tell me this? And then the suggestion to fix this was “cancel your appointment or you can wait several hours to talk to a mechanic” and I’m really not even sure what that would’ve solved. Irritated with the service and the lack of help when they couldn’t fulfill their end of the appointment. Won’t be returning.

Did a pretty good job getting me in and out with the new tires I got. The only thing I wish they would do is to inform people who are unaware that around 50 to 100 miles that you need to retorque your lug nuts if you have aluminum wheels. Other than that im happy.

This morning i met a guy named Doug in the auto area and he was working to unpack a bunch of stuff. I was looking to get a new battery terminal for my truck cause mine seemed to me to be completely broken. But Doug, despite being busy with morning unpacking, asked me if I needed help, I showed the picture of my battery terminal and what I was need, and instead of just complying and getting me the part I was looking for, gave me advice. He told me that in his opinion it looked worse than it probably was and that using a mixture of distilled water and baking soda, I could get rid of that corrosion, and then use a wire brush to clean the rest of it and it might be good to go. So I took his advice, bought cleaning wire brush and distilled water, got home, took all of 5 minutes and did exactly what Doug said, and just as Doug said, it was literally just corrosion build up and the terminal was totally fine and my truck started right up. Thanks to Doug I not only saved money, but probably hours of time I would have spent replacing the battery terminal. Hats off to him for going WAY above an beyond in helping people, as cheesy as it sounds, to save money and live better. I had been st

Tammy, Dave, Duncan, Sarah, and Lily have always been the best, top tier! They have been amazing to my wife and I, on all the different vehicles we have brought them. Even with all the bozeman seasonal swaps and college employee turn over, these guys run a tight ship. We love them.

Just the absolute bottom of the barrel experience. Starting off with everything is first come first serve, which has its merits. But when you show up at the advertised 7am opening time only to be met with a paper sign on the door that says they don't open until 8 it is not a good start. Follow that by coming inside to meet with the department manager who has the personality of a brillo pad. I am very clear as to my needs, mount a set of tires. They are the same exact size, they even have a slightly HIGHER load rating. They take my information, take my keys and tell me that it will be late afternoon, despite being the first person in for service. So much for first come first served. Fast forward 1 hour to a phone call saying that the are refusing to mount my tires. Keeping in mind that they are the ones who mounted the previous set on the SAME vehicle. Wal-Mart as a whole is an awful corporate monster, it seems that you can expect no different from the tire shop operated within. Do better.
